Am i still lingering for you? Damned. So lost.
I was out on Saturday early in the morning and for the whole day with His Excellence and Jiaqi. I woke up late and we were late for our initial plan so we skipped with it and headed for town. As it was the first time we actually took a bus to town, we were almost lost. After dinner, we headed for Cityhall by walking. Chanced by many museums and stopped at every for viewing since it is not something where we will by chance, have time for again. After the Museum Block(a huge area catering to them), we saw the Old Supreme court and wanted to enter it for gallery viewing. Whilst and upon reaching, we were welcomed by several teenagers (think they are 16 as well) with "WELCOME TO CHINGAY!". The three of us were shocked LOL. Actually the Padang and SaintAndrews road had been closed for the event and we didnt notice that. Walked and walked for miles as traffics were down and with road blockades and barriers. Weelun saw the AngPao river and told us to seesee. There was this special part where there are various bells, each representing something good for the year ahead. You have to throw a coin and hit the bell and it is believed it will work for you this year. They were wellbeings for Health, Country, Wealth Wise, Love/Relationships, ZiSunManTang(dont know how phrase in angmoh). I threw a few coins and hit the CaiYunGunGun twice and health bell once. Pro okay. People there stand so near bend in also never hit the bell, i stand so far yet i hit the bell! At least, I'm believing it :S. For Monkeys : Love - Will be relatively good through friend's referral. (WEELUN - Rmb your duty) Money - Generally wealth wise will be healthy. Health - Watch out for second part of the year. Okay, weelun told me to post the places we went to that day so i will start them off with bulleting. 1. CJC 2. Four Seasons Hotel (Wrong stop) 3. Hilton Singapore 4. Zara (Wheelock's - jq bought some items) 5. Ngee Ann City (Burberry) 6. Paragon (Fish&Co.) & then we decided to walk to Cityhall Mrt. 7. Singapore National Museum 8. SMU 9. Singapore Pileage (not sure of the name) Museum 10. Peranakan Museum 11. Old Fire Station 12. Singapore River 13. Parliament House 14. Supreme Court 15. Ex-Supreme Court (This was where we happened to 'go' into the Chingay festival, whole area was so high!) 16. Singapore Cricket Club 17. Singapore Flyer (really nice place at night) 18. HongBao River (We were on the floating platform!) 19. Esplanade 20. Concord International 21. Millenia Walk 22. Marina Square Started walking super long distances after our dinner at Paragon's Fish&Co. Left there at 4.30 and walked all the way till 9.15pm. Craziest walk ever! haha. We'll be going Museum hunting as some closed on us when we entered the premises while others charged but were about to close. Photos and shots are below  They wanted to take this  My 爱情-Dish. Have to try this some day, the restaurant was packed like sardines even though it is not near any malls but rather old shop houses!  Old fire Station  Mimicking  ClarkeQuay/SingaporeRiver/CBD!
